Advertising measurement on our sites
Genaya's public marketing and signup pages use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads perform and to attribute signups to the campaigns that produced them. The pixel shares limited information with Meta Platforms - cookie identifiers, device and browser information, the pages you view, and ad click identifiers. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never sell your personal information for money, and signed-in areas of the Genaya platform do not load advertising pixels.
What this choice does
Opting out stops the Meta Pixel from loading in this browser on our sites, which stops the sharing described above. It does not affect cookies we need to run the Services (sign-in, security, preferences), our own measurement-only Google Analytics, or messages you have separately consented to. Because the preference is stored in a browser cookie, you will need to opt out again if you clear cookies or use a different browser or device.
Other ways to exercise your rights
We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control automatically. For access, deletion, correction, and the rest of your privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice, or email help@genaya.com.
