folder_openProducts - Scheduling & Operations

One place for every file the business touches.

Files is the media manager behind the whole platform. Uploads from every product land in the same library, product folders collect what Leads, Contacts, Forms, Bookings, Signage, and Billing added, and your own folders and subfolders hold the rest - with storage measured against the pool your plan includes.

THE PROBLEM

Every file is somewhere, which is the problem

Files end up wherever they were uploaded: a photo on an appointment, a PDF on an invoice, a logo in a form. Genaya keeps them all in one library, so the front desk, the bookkeeper, and the crew can find the same document without asking who has it.

folder_off

Files live wherever they were uploaded

The photo is on the appointment, the PDF is on the invoice, the logo is in a form, and the signed report is in someone's email. Finding one means remembering where it was attached.

The shared drive is a second system

A separate storage account with its own logins, its own folder rules, and its own idea of who left the company. The link in the client record points to a folder that moved.

Nobody knows how much space is left

Uploads fail one day with no warning because a limit somewhere was reached. Nobody can say what is using the space or what is safe to delete.

ONE LIBRARY

Uploads from every product, in one place

Every upload across Genaya is an attachment, and every attachment is in the library. Product folders group what Leads, Contacts, Forms, Bookings, Signage, and Billing added, so the intake form a patient submitted and the photo a crew took are one click apart - and each file opens the product record it came from.

ORGANIZED AND SAFE

Folders, views, a trash, and a clear permission line

Recent, starred, mine, and trash views keep the day-to-day quick. Deleted files wait in the trash until someone with the manage permission restores them or removes them for good, and only that permission creates, renames, or deletes folders - everyone else with Files access browses, previews, and downloads.

INCLUDED

Everything a shared library needs

Folders you organize

Create folders and subfolders, star the ones you use most, share a folder with the team, and search across folders and files.

Uploads from everywhere

Every upload across the platform lands in the library, and product folders group what Leads, Contacts, Forms, Bookings, Signage, and Billing added.

Create from the manager

Start a note, a lead table, or a task board from inside a folder and a shortcut to it sits next to the files, and search free stock images to add to the library.

Storage by plan

Usage is shown against the plan pool - 1 GB on the free trial, 50 GB on Individual, 100 GB on Pro, 200 GB on Business, unlimited on Enterprise - and an upload that would pass the limit is refused before a byte lands.

HOW IT WORKS

From scattered uploads to one library the team can find things in

Step 1

Upload or collect

Drag files into a folder, or let uploads from the rest of Genaya appear in their product folders.

Step 2

Organize

Move files between folders, star what matters, and keep recent and mine views for the day-to-day.

Step 3

Find and use

Preview or download any file, open its product record, and restore anything from the trash.

On every plan

Storage that grows with the plan.

1 GB on the free trial, 50 GB on Individual, 100 GB on Pro, 200 GB on Business, and unlimited on Enterprise. Usage is always visible, and uploads stop cleanly at the limit.

WHO IT IS FOR

Built for every business with more than one kind of file

Clinics and practices

Intake forms, consent documents, and images kept in one library the practice controls.

Agencies and firms

Client assets, approvals, and deliverables in shared folders next to the client records they belong to.

Field services and construction

Site photos, plans, permits, and signed reports in one place the office and the crew both reach.

CONNECTED

The library behind every attachment

Files is one part of Genaya. Every product that takes an upload puts it here, and every file knows the record it belongs to - without an integration project.

Appointments

Photos and documents attached to an appointment are attachments, so they surface in the library under Recent and in search.

Leads

Files that came in with a lead sit in the Leads product folder, and a lead table created from the manager gets a shortcut in its folder.

E-Sign Docs

A finalized signed PDF is an attachment on its record, so it shows under Recent the moment it is finished.

Signage

Media uploaded for a screen's media page lands in the Signage product folder.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before moving their files

Every plan. The storage pool is 1 GB on the free trial, 50 GB on Individual, 100 GB on Pro, 200 GB on Business, and unlimited on Enterprise.

Uploads that would pass the pool are refused before anything is written, and the usage bar shows how much is left. Delete files or move to a larger plan to keep uploading.

Anyone with the Files permission can browse, preview, and download. Creating, renaming, and deleting folders and using the trash need the manage permission.
