Your business, answered inside ChatGPT and Claude.

Add Genaya once, sign in with your normal Genaya login, and ask ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code about your own operation - how many appointments this week, which invoices are open, what revenue looks like this month. It runs as you, in the organization you chose, and nothing in Genaya changes from the chat - questions only.

THE PROBLEM

The assistant you use all day cannot see your business

The assistants people already talk to all day know nothing about their business. Genaya plugs the whole operation in - the calls, the schedule, the clients, the money - through the same Genaya AI that runs in the app, so the answer inside ChatGPT or Claude comes from live records and follows the permissions of the person asking.

psychology_alt

The assistant does not know your business

ChatGPT and Claude are where people already draft, plan and think, but they cannot see a single appointment, invoice or client. Every real answer starts with someone opening another tab.

trending_downThe question is easy and the lookup is manual
content_paste

Copy-paste is the integration

Exporting a report, pasting it into the chat, and hoping the numbers are still current. The context is stale before the reply arrives, and customer data ends up in a chat it was never meant for.

trending_downStale numbers and data in the wrong place
key_off

A bot with your keys is a risk

Handing an assistant an API key gives it everything the key can do, for everyone, with no confirmation and no undo. One wrong instruction and a text goes out or a record changes.

ASK FREELY

The same Genaya AI, from inside the assistant

A question from ChatGPT or Claude runs the very same Genaya AI the app runs - your permissions, the organization you picked, your live records. Appointments, clients, leads, invoices, payments, calls, tasks: ask in plain language and the answer comes back with the figures and the records behind it.

  • checkLive records, never a pasted export
  • checkOnly what your role can already see in Genaya
  • checkMetered exactly like a question in the app
NOTHING CHANGES FROM THE CHAT

Ask anything. Changes happen in Genaya, by you.

An assistant can read and answer; it cannot create, change or send. Ask it to text a client, move a visit or draft an invoice and it tells you so - you do it in Genaya, signed in, with the app's own confirmations. The assistant never presses that button.

  • checkQuestions only - no record is ever written from the chat
  • checkTexts, emails and money always happen on a Genaya page, signed in
  • checkYour Genaya permissions shape every answer
INCLUDED

Everything the connection does, and the lines it never crosses

Ask freely

Appointments, clients, leads, invoices, payments, calls, tasks - ask in plain language and get the answer from your live records, with the same limits your role has in the app.

Nothing changes from the chat

An assistant answers questions and never creates, changes or sends anything in Genaya on its own. Ask it for a change and it tells you so; you make the change in Genaya, signed in, with the app's own confirmations. Texts, emails, invoice links and money always happen on a Genaya page.

Permissions follow the team member

A connection runs as the person who allowed it, in the one organization they picked. A role change lands within a minute; a revoke lands on the very next call.

Controls for the organization

Admins choose whether external assistants are allowed at all, which ones, whether texts and emails may be prepared, and how often members must reconnect - and can disconnect everyone in one click.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, then just ask

Step 1

Add Genaya to your assistant

In ChatGPT open Settings, then Apps and Connectors, turn on Developer mode and add the Genaya address. In Claude open Customize, then Connectors. In Claude Code run one command.

Step 2

Sign in and pick your organization

The assistant sends you to a Genaya consent screen. Sign in with your normal login, pick the organization, read exactly what the connection may do, and tap Allow.

Step 3

Ask, and change things in Genaya

From then on, ask about your business from inside the assistant. When you want to create, change or send something, the assistant says so and you do it in Genaya, signed in - the assistant never presses that button.

WHO IT IS FOR

Every business that already has an assistant open

Clinics and practices

"Who is on the schedule tomorrow morning?" and "Which patients have open balances?" - answered as the front desk, with the healthcare note and the organization switch under an admin's control.

Firms and agencies

"Which client invoices are past 30 days?" and "Summarize the last call with the Hendersons" - the same answer a partner would get in Genaya, from inside the assistant they draft in.

Field service and construction

"How many jobs are unassigned this week?" and "What did we invoice on the Riverside project?" - from the truck, the office or the trailer, as the person asking.

THE SAFETY STORY

Built so an assistant can never do more than you agreed to

The thing that would press "confirm" inside a chat is the same assistant that wrote the request, so Genaya does not let a chat change anything at all. Every record change, every message and everything about money is made by you, in Genaya, signed in.

1

forumAsk freely

Questions never change anything. Ask about appointments, clients, invoices, payments, calls and tasks as often as you like - the answer is limited to what your role can see.

2

edit_offNothing changes from the chat

An assistant answers; it never creates, changes or sends. Ask it to change something and it tells you so - you make the change in Genaya yourself, signed in, with the app's own confirmations.

3

verified_userTexts and money happen in Genaya

Every text and email, every invoice or estimate link, and anything about money is sent or recorded on a Genaya page where you are signed in - the assistant never presses that button.

4

historyEvery question is on the record

Each question from an assistant is saved as a conversation in your Genaya AI history, marked ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code, so you can open it in the app and read exactly what was asked and answered.

5

badgePermissions follow the team member

A connection runs as the person who allowed it, in one organization. A role change lands within a minute; revoking lands on the very next call; a password or two-factor change disconnects automatically.

blockNever, from any assistant
  • closeMoving money, refunds, payouts or recording a payment
  • closeBilling, plan, bank or payout settings
  • closeRoles, phone numbers and automations
  • closeCard, bank, tax, payroll or credential data

Connections are revoked automatically on a password or two-factor change, when a member is deactivated or removed, when an admin turns external assistants off, and after 30 days without use. A member sees and revokes their own connections; admins see everyone's.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before they connect an assistant

Any plan that includes Genaya AI - that is every plan, including the free trial. The trial is capped at 10 AI turns and 200 assistant calls a day and 1 connection per member. Individual allows 2 connections per member and 2,000 assistant calls a month, Pro 3 connections and 10,000 calls, Business unlimited connections and 50,000 calls, Enterprise unlimited connections with no call cap. Above the pool, calls cost $0.005 each from your usage wallet, charged in blocks of 100.

Yes. A question asked from ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code runs the same Genaya AI, with the same permissions, the same organization scope and the same monthly AI credits as a question in the app. Nothing is cheaper or dearer because it came through an assistant.

Nothing on its own. An assistant answers questions about your business and never creates, changes or sends anything in Genaya - when you ask for a change, it tells you so and you make the change in Genaya, signed in, with the app's own confirmations. Texts, emails, invoice links and anything about money always happen on a Genaya page. Moving money, refunds, payouts, billing, roles, phone numbers and automations are never available from an assistant.

Members whose role has the "Use Genaya AI from ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants" permission - on for owners, admins and managers, off for dispatchers and employees until an admin turns it on. Admins with "Manage everyone's assistant connections" control the organization-wide switch and every member's connections.

Only the answer to the question you asked, limited to what your role can see. That answer is then handled inside the assistant under its provider's terms and your settings there; Genaya does not share your data with the assistant provider on its own. Consumer ChatGPT and Claude are not covered by a business associate agreement, so healthcare organizations keep external assistants off until an admin acknowledges that note.

Yes. The organization switch under Settings > Integrations turns external assistants off and disconnects everyone immediately, and admins can allow or block ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and other apps individually. Every member can also disconnect their own connections at any time.
