Documents that fill themselves in and get signed where the work is.
E-Sign Docs starts from a marketplace of ready templates or a PDF you upload to the Doc Studio, where AI detects the fields. Fields auto-fill from the client, appointment, invoice, or estimate the document belongs to, the signer draws or types a signature on any screen, and the finished PDF attaches to that record with its status tracked under Submissions.
Paper is where the record goes to get lost
The signed copy is always the one nobody can find - it is on a clipboard, in a text thread, or in a scan folder with a name like IMG_4821. Genaya keeps the document on the record it belongs to, so a clinic intake form, an engagement letter, a change order, and a safety checklist are all one click from the appointment or invoice that needed them.
The signed copy is somewhere
On a clipboard, in a text thread, in a scan folder named by date. When the client disputes the work, the one document that settles it takes an afternoon to find.
trending_downThe proof exists, and nobody can produce itThe same details are typed on every form
Name, address, phone, the invoice number, today's date - written by hand on the intake form, the consent, the report, and the checklist, and misspelled on at least one.
trending_downTen minutes of copying per documentSending a document out is its own project
Export the PDF, attach it to an email, ask for a signature, wait, print, scan, file. A third-party e-sign tool fixes one step and adds a login nobody remembers.

Drop in your own PDF or a set of images and run detection on the current page or every page - text boxes, dates, checkboxes, and signature lines are placed for you, and you adjust them by hand. Prefer no PDF at all? Build a native digital form from sections and field types instead.

Signed on the spot, on any screen
Open the document on a phone or a tablet, walk through the fields, and sign by drawing with a finger or typing a name. Or send it for signature by email, text, or a copied link - the signer opens it, signs, and the finished PDF lands on the record with its status under Submissions.

Upload a PDF or images and let AI detect the fields on a page or across the whole document, or build a native digital form from sections and field types including signature, date, checkbox grid, and photo.
Auto-fill from the record
Map fields to business, customer, appointment, invoice, and estimate data and they fill in on their own when the document opens from that record.
Sign and send
Sign by drawing or typing, send for signature by email, text, or a copied link, and follow every document under Submissions. Finished PDFs attach to the record.
From a blank form to a signed PDF on the record
Pick or build a template
Use a marketplace template as is, or upload your own PDF and let the studio find the fields.
Open it from the record
Add the document from an invoice, estimate, or appointment and the mapped fields fill in from that record.
Sign and file
Fill and sign on any screen or send it out for signature. The finished PDF lands on the record and the submission shows its status.
Documents that live on the record they belong to.
E-Sign Docs is available on Individual and up. Switch it on in Settings under Features and it appears on invoices, estimates, and appointments.
Built for work that needs a signature
Clinics and practices
Intake and consent forms filled from the patient record and signed on a tablet at the front desk.
Agencies and finance firms
Engagement letters, W-9s, and approvals signed by email or link and filed on the client or invoice.
Field services and construction
Inspection reports, safety checklists, punch lists, and change orders signed on a phone at the site and attached to the appointment.
A document that knows the record behind it
E-Sign Docs is one part of Genaya. Fields fill from the invoice, estimate, or appointment the document opens from, and the finished PDF goes back to it - without an integration project.
Invoices
Add a document from an invoice and the invoice number, customer, and business details fill in. The signed PDF attaches to the invoice.
Estimates
Approvals, acknowledgments, and agreements open from the estimate with its number and customer already on the page.
Appointments
Inspection reports and checklists open from the appointment with the date, address, and customer filled in, and attach to it when finished.
Files
Every finished PDF is an attachment, so it shows under Recent in the Files media manager alongside everything else the team uploads.
