Click Auto Assign on a tab, turn on Auto assign new leads, and choose who to rotate between. Each tab keeps its own rotation, so different teams can work different tabs.

Split a list with one save
An uploaded list does not rotate on its own. When you are ready, open Auto Assign, turn on Distribute unassigned leads, and save. Leads without an owner split across the rotation, and leads with an owner stay as they are.

Set up a tab
Open a lead table, pick a tab, and click Auto Assign. Turn on Auto assign new leads and choose who to rotate between.
Let it rotate
Save, and new leads in that tab take their turn. Turn on Distribute before saving to split the leads already waiting.
