Say it once. Genaya AI turns it into an agent that works for you.

Type "remind clients about open estimates each Monday" and Genaya AI drafts the whole agent as a card you confirm: the schedule on your clock, the actions it may use, the exact texts it may send, its limits. Or turn on one of eight ready-made agents. Every agent runs as you, asks before every send, writes a transcript of what it did and stops the moment the person replies.

THE PROBLEM

The follow-up that never happened is the most expensive thing in the business

The follow-up that never happened is the most expensive thing in a small business: the lead who was texted once, the invoice nobody chased, the review nobody asked for. An agent is a member of the team who does exactly one job you wrote down, with your permissions and never past the limits you set, and it asks before the first message goes out.

sms_failed

The lead was texted once

A request came in on Thursday evening, someone answered it Friday at noon, and nobody followed up when the reply did not come. By Monday the lead had booked with the company that texted twice.

trending_downA lead that goes quiet is a lead someone else answered
money_off

The invoice nobody chased

The job was done in April, the invoice went out in May, and the reminder never went out at all because the person who sends reminders was on the road all month.

The review nobody asked for

The customer was delighted and said so on the phone. Nobody sent the review link that afternoon, and a week later the moment had passed.

THE MORNING BRIEF

One read every morning, with the follow-ups ready to send.

At 07:30 on your clock by default, the brief reads yesterday and today from your own records - done and missed appointments, missed calls without a text back, leads with no reply, invoices past due, estimates waiting - and writes a few short lines. The Follow-ups agent turns them into proposals, each a card with Yes, send and Not now. A morning with nothing to say is skipped for free.

  • checkUp to 6 proposals a morning, every one waiting for your tap
  • checkYour own words on the schedule: "every morning tell me who did not pay"
  • checkEvery send stops the moment the person replies
IT ASKS FIRST

Every send waits for you, until you keep your yes.

An agent has no permissions of its own: it runs as you and re-checks your permissions on every run. Each text and email it proposes waits for your tap until one template has gone out 10 times exactly as written. Then you may grant that template a standing approval by typing the agent's name, up to 12 per agent, and it sends only that template filled from the record - never a message of its own.

  • checkOne message per person per channel a day, three per 7 days
  • checkA full stop for 90 days once the person replies, and never a number that said STOP
  • checkNever money, the team, numbers or campaigns - a person always does those
INCLUDED

Everything an agent is, and the rules it never breaks

One sentence becomes a filled card

Say "make an agent that texts every new lead within 5 minutes" or "every morning tell me who did not pay" in any chat, use the /agent command, or press the Make this an agent chip under an answer Genaya AI just gave you. The draft arrives as a card with everything filled in - the name and purpose, the schedule on your clock or the event that starts it, the actions it may use, a starter message, its autonomy, its limits and the check it runs first - and nothing exists until you confirm it.

A gallery of eight ready-made agents

Lead follow-up, Missed-call text-back, Review request, Collections, Morning brief and Follow-ups, each with its own picture, what it is for, what it does, when it runs and what it never does without asking. The gallery recommends the ones that fit your industry, Turn on lands on the same filled-in card the words would, and the Custom card is the composer for an agent of your own.

The morning brief and Follow-ups

At 07:30 on your clock by default, the brief reads yesterday and today from your own records - done and missed appointments, missed calls without a text back, leads with no reply, invoices past due, estimates waiting, reviews not asked - and writes a few short lines, 12 at most. The Follow-ups agent turns them into up to 6 proposals: "Yesterday you had 4 appointments. Want me to send the 3 done ones a thank-you and reschedule the no-show?" Each proposal is a card with Yes, send and Not now, and a morning with nothing to say is skipped for free.

It asks first, then keeps your yes

An agent has no permissions of its own: it runs as you and re-checks your permissions on every run. Every text and email waits for your tap until one template has gone out 10 times exactly as written; then you may grant that template a standing approval by typing the agent's name, up to 12 per agent, and it sends only that template filled from the record, never a message of its own. The limits stay on: one message per person per channel a day, three per 7 days, a full stop for 90 days once the person replies; per agent 24 check-ins a day and never more often than every 15 minutes; 25, 50 or 100 sends a day on Individual, Pro and Business and unlimited on Enterprise. The trial drafts and shows the cards but never sends.

HOW IT WORKS

From a sentence to a transcript you can read

Step 1

Describe it, or pick a card

Open Genaya AI, then Agents, and type one sentence in the composer - or press Turn on under a gallery card. Genaya AI drafts the agent and answers with the card.

Step 2

Confirm the card

Read the schedule, the actions, the message and the limits, change what you like, and confirm. A ready-made agent that needs a fixed rule behind it creates and links that automation on its first run and says so on the card.

Step 3

Read the transcript and the approvals

Every run writes what it read, what it decided and what it did in plain sentences on the agent's page. Sends wait in Approvals with the real preview, the Home widget shows what ran and what is waiting, and pausing or deleting an agent pauses or removes the automations it made.

Every paid plan

Two active agents on Individual, 5 on Pro, 15 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.

The free trial gets 1 active agent in draft mode - it drafts, checks and shows the cards but never sends - and 20 completed runs for the whole trial. A completed run is 20 Genaya AI credits from the same pool as a conversation; a run that finds nothing to do is free. A paused agent does not count.

WHO IT IS FOR

Built for the teams whose follow-ups fall through

Clinics and practices

A Missed-call text-back agent that answers the call the front desk could not take, worded for a practice, and a Follow-ups agent that proposes a thank-you to yesterday's visits and a reschedule to the no-show - every send waiting for a tap.

Firms and agencies

A Collections agent that goes friendly, then direct, then firm on an invoice past due with a secure pay link and stops the second it is paid, and a Monday agent of your own: "remind clients about open estimates each Monday".

Contractors and field teams

A Lead follow-up agent that texts every new lead within minutes and keeps gently following up until they answer, a Review request agent that asks once at the right moment, and the morning brief before the trucks roll.

CONNECTED

An agent is not an automation. It uses the automation engine.

An automation is one fixed rule, if this then that. An agent is a job with a purpose, a pre-check, limits and a transcript, and it reads the same leads, calls, invoices and estimates your team already works in - no export, no second copy.

Genaya AI

An agent is a saved job the assistant runs on its own, drafted from your sentence in any chat and confirmed as a card. It runs as you, with your permissions re-checked on every run.

Automations

An agent is not an automation. It uses the automation engine. When a ready-made agent needs a fixed rule behind it, it creates that rule on its first run, links it, and pauses it when the agent pauses.

Leads

A new lead is the event the Lead follow-up agent listens for. It texts within minutes from your approved template and stops the moment the lead replies, books or says STOP.

Invoices

The Collections agent reads the invoice that is past due, sends the reminder with the secure pay link, and stops the second the invoice is paid - never a message of its own.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they let an agent send anything

A completed run is 20 Genaya AI credits from the same pool as a conversation, and a credit is one cent of Genaya AI work. A run that checks and finds nothing to do is free. The texts and emails an agent sends are counted like any send from Genaya.

Every paid plan runs agents for real: 2 active agents on Individual, 5 on Pro, 15 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise, with 25, 50, 100 and unlimited sends per agent a day. The free trial gets 1 active agent in draft mode - it drafts, checks and shows the cards but never sends - and 20 completed runs for the whole trial. A paused agent does not count.

No. An agent is not an automation, and it does not replace the automation engine: it uses it. An automation is one fixed rule, if this then that. An agent is a job with a purpose, a pre-check, limits and a transcript, and when a ready-made agent needs a fixed rule behind it - the missed-call text-back, the instant new-lead reply, the invoice follow-up, the review request - it creates that automation on its first run, links it, pauses it when the agent pauses and resumes it when the agent resumes. If you already had a recipe doing the same job, turning the agent on offers to pause it, with Undo for 15 minutes; nothing is edited or deleted, and an automation an agent made can never start the agent that made it.

Move money, change the team, buy numbers or send campaigns - a person always does that, never an agent - and it can never do anything you cannot do yourself, because it runs with your permissions and re-checks them on every run. With a standing approval it sends only the approved template filled from the record, never a message of its own; it never texts a number that said STOP, never messages a person who already heard from an agent today, and stops for 90 days once the person replies.

Members whose role has the Agents permission under Genaya AI - owners and admins by default - open the gallery, turn an agent on, pause it and answer its approvals. The organization's Agents on switch under Settings > Genaya AI stops every agent at once. If your role loses a permission, every agent you run loses it in the same minute; if you leave the organization, your agents pause.
