Put outside workers on the schedule without a paid seat
External Employees adds outside workers to your team list. Assign them work like your own team, with no login and no paid seat, track their commissions, and keep their W-9 status in the Tax Center.
Your outside help should not live in a text thread
Not everyone who works with you is on your payroll, but you still need them on the schedule. Without a record of their own, outside help lives in a text thread and their pay in a separate sheet. External Employees gives them a place on the team list.
They are not on the schedule
Outside workers are missing from the team list, so nobody can see who is covering what.
